How much does it cost to send a parcel?
The cost of online parcel deliveries is determined by the dimensions (length, width, and height), making it a more cost-effective option. On the other hand, when purchasing a delivery at our Service Points, the pricing is based on the parcel’s weight.

Fragile available for parcels M, L, XL and XXL
For added protection when sending fragile or bendable items like electronics or glass, consider using our Fragile service for an additional fee of 5000 Francs CFA. Ensure to attach ‘Fragile’ labels to the parcel, available at our service points. It’s crucial to adequately wrap fragile contents in sufficient padding, even though parcels are manually sorted, not by a machine. This ensures they withstand loading into vehicles alongside other parcels.
Please note that EJ Logistics is not bound by markings on factory packages. Always ensure the Fragile label you purchased is affixed to your parcel in your presence, as we cannot be held responsible for fragile parcels lacking the Fragile label.

When you opt for online payment, the shipping cost is determined by the package dimensions as listed below, offering you a more affordable option compared to in-person purchases. Shipping from our service points incurs a fees that is strictly base on the weight of the parcel.
–Our EJ Logistics outlets cater to parcels ranging from S to XL in size, making drop-off and receipt convenient. For the largest parcels (XXL and above), drop-off and receipt are also available exclusively at EJ Logistics outlets.
–Please note that packaging materials are not included in the shipment price. However, you can purchase suitable and environmentally friendly packaging materials at any EJ Logistics service point.
–To avoid any issues, ensure you select the correct parcel size for your item. Parcels exceeding the purchased size will be returned to the sender, with the sender incurring the cost of return transport.
How do I buy a delivery online?
To begin, visit the ‘Parcels within Cameroon’ page on www.ejlogistics.co. You can access it easily using your computer or mobile device.
1. Begin by choosing the appropriate parcel size. If you’re uncertain about the correct dimensions, utilize our parcel price calculator. Simply measure the length, width, and height of the parcel, and input the measurements in centimetres into the calculator. You’ll then receive a recommendation for the most suitable parcel size.
2. Proceed by entering the recipient’s details. Choose the pickup service point where the recipient will collect the parcel. Office or company delivery options may also be available for an additional fee in certain cases.
3. If necessary, you can add additional services to your parcel, such as a delivery of a fragile parcel or cash on delivery.
4. Review the information you have provided. If you are sending multiple parcels, you can add them all at once and complete the payment process collectively at the end.
5. Now, input the sender’s details and proceed with the payment for the delivery. Payment options include banking credit or Visa card, as well as mobile money.
6. Once the payment is processed, you’ll receive a unique parcel code. Additionally, you have the option to choose the preferred drop-off location for your parcel.
7. Please ensure that the unique parcel code, recipient’s name, destination EJ Logistics service point, and your own details are clearly written on the parcel. Optionally, you can print the parcel label and securely affix it to the parcel using tape.
8. Simply bring the parcel to the EJ Logistics Service Point of your preference.
Can I make it so that the recipient must pay a certain amount of money when they pick up the parcel?
Yes, you can opt for cash on delivery. Please note that parcels utilizing cash on delivery will incur a fixed cost. We will provide further updates on this feature on our website at a later time.
What payment options are there available to me?
You have the option to pay for the item through online banking, credit card, or payment transfer. Alternatively, at EJ Logistics outlets, you can use a bank or credit card, or simply pay with cash.
